[API] Xiclets (was Re: Jabber "API")

Hi,

while replying to the API ml, I'm splitting the many topics Pedro has
opened in order to have more focused mails

It seems the term has also a meaning in Catalan, chewing gum:

Indeed a like the name and I agree using it as working name,
especially because if think we'll have to "chew" a bit our ideas
before getting it done ;)
