I've noticed that the datatype for the 'ext' attribute in JEP-0115 
(Entity Capabilities) should be xs:NMTOKENS rather than xs:string. 
Also, in talking with an implementor recently I discover that it is not 
fully clear that an entity should send new presence when the value of 
the 'ext' attribute changes, and that the value of the 'ext' attribute 
should be changed when a capability is added or subtracted during a 
session (e.g., when a user plugs in a video camera). Therefore I have 
(1) adjusted the schema and (2) added a sentence and one clause to the 
second paragraph of Section 4.1 of the JEP to make these matters clear.
