[Council] next Council meeting

I realized today (after getting out of WiFi range) that I had not sent
out an agenda for the Council meeting we're supposed to have in ~9 hours
(and right now I'm still on a plane from San Diego to Denver, gotta love
those flight delays). Plus I had some action items to complete before
this meeting and I have not finished them yet. Perhaps a delay until
early next week is in order?
