[Council] next meeting

Although we are scheduled to have a Council meeting tomorrow (May 31),
as far as I can see we don't have enough agenda items to justify holding
a meeting. I suggest that we hold the next meeting during the week of
June 12 (hopefully after the pubsub and "smart presence" discussions
have settled down).
