0. Roll Call

All Council members in attendance, quorum achieved.

1. - 3. Jingle specs.

Advance to Draft?

These specs will be further updated based on feedback received, and a
second Last Call will be issued.

4. XEP-0191: Simple Communications Blocking

Advance to Draft?

Modifications needed. Black holes are bad, so modify message handling to
recommend that user's server shall return <service-unavailable/> error
to blocked contact.

5. XEP-0136: Message Archiving

Advance to Draft?

Vote postponed until Council members have a chance to read and comment.
Also need to advance with XEP-0155 given dependency.

6. XEP-0184: Message Receipts

Issue Last Call?

Not yet. Reliability belongs at a different level. Peter to modify this
spec to remove the reliability features (focus on receipts only).

7. XEP-0155: Chat Session Negotiation

Issue Last Call?

Yes. Per Chris's comments, Peter and Ian to add use case for upgrading
from a 1-to-1 chat to a MUC room.

8. Proto-XEP: Stanza Acknowledgements

Accept as a XEP?

Peter to seek revised ACK proposal from Justin Karneges (incorporating
recent list discussion).

9. XMPP URNs.

Yes, let's use them, and as soon as possible. Peter to follow up with
his IETF/IANA contacts about when it is appropriate to make the switch.

10. Next meeting.
