0. Roll Call

All Council members (Ralph Meijer, Chris Mullins, Ian Paterson, Peter
Saint-Andre, Kevin Smith) in attendance. Quorum achieved.

1. XEP-0174: Link-Local Messaging

Developer feedback received from several projects, still waiting for
clarification on several issues; should be ready for a vote at next
meeting.

2. e2e

Ian has split the requirements from XEP-0188 into a new spec. He will
also write a new spec that defines a minimal subset of XEP-0116. Peter
still needs to write an initial XTLS spec.

3. Pubsub/PEP/private

Lengthy discussion at end of meeting. Some progress made. See log for 
details (discussion may be summarized in a future email):

4. ProtoXEP: STUN Server Discovery for Jingle

Further discussion needed on standards list, to be discussed at next 
meeting.

5. ProtoXEP: File Repository and Sharing

No objections to publishing as a XEP.

6. ProtoXEP: Discovery and Integration of XMPP Services

Per Council feedback, Chris Mullins to adjust before next meeting.

7. ProtoXEP: XMPP Basic Client 2008
8. ProtoXEP: XMPP Basic Server 2008
9. ProtoXEP: XMPP Intermediate Client 2008

No objections to publishing as XEPs. Some discussion of timing in 
order to finalize these by 2007-06-30. One month of discussion, last
call, then Council vote.

10. Next meeting scheduled for May 2.
