[Council] meeting agenda, 2007-08-22

We are scheduled to hold a Council meeting tomorrow at 17:00 UTC. A

Because of the DNS troubles at xmpp.org (hopefully resolved soon), I
have mirrored the agenda here:

You won't be able to access the SVN diffs if you can't resolve xmpp.org,
but you can change svn.xmpp.org to zeus.jabber.org and everything will
magically work.
