0. Roll Call

All Council members in attendance. Quorum achieved.

1. XEP-0155: Chat Session Negotiation

+1 votes received from Ralph Meijer, Chris Mullins, and Kevin Smith. Ian 
Paterson and Peter Saint-Andre previously voted +1. Therefore the 
specification advances to Draft.

2. XEP-0157: Contact Addresses for XMPP Services

Ralph Meijer voted -1 because of concerns about hardcoding the 
xmpp at domain.tld JID -- better to discover the "collective JID" of the 
administrators via service discovery (a la version 0.1 of XEP-0157). 
Peter Saint-Andre to update the spec accordingly.

3. XEP-0185: Dialback Key Generation and Validation

+1 votes received from Chris Mullins and Kevin Smith. +1 votes 
previously received from Ralph Meijer and Peter Saint-Andre. Ian 
Paterson to vote on the list.

4. XEP-0192: Proposed Stream Feature Improvements

+1 vote received from Ralph Meijer pending corrected examples. All other 
Council members previously voted +1. Peter Saint-Andre to publish new 
version with corrected examples, after which the specification shall 
advance to Active.

5. XEP-0193: Proposed Resource Binding Improvements

+1 votes received from all Council members. Therefore the specification 
advances to Active.

6. XEP-0012: Last Activity

No objections to issuing a Last Call on upgrade to Standards Track. The 
XMPP Extensions Editor shall issue a Last Call.

7. XEP-0092: Software Version

No objections to issuing a Last Call on upgrade to Standards Track. The 
XMPP Extensions Editor shall issue a Last Call.

8. XEP-0003: Proxy Accept Socket Service

No objections to deprecating this specification. The XMPP Extensions 
Editor shall change the document's status to Deprecated.

9. Proto-XEP: Collaborative Data Objects

No objections to publishing this specification as a XEP. Ralph Meijer 
requested modification of the XML namespaces in accordance with XSF 
policy. The XMPP Extensions Editor shall publish the specification as 
XEP-0204.

10. Proto-XEP: Shared XML Document Editing

Ian Paterson objected to publication of this proposal, citing the desire 
to harmonize shared XML document editing with the W3C's Remote Events 
for XML (REX) technology <http://www.w3.org/TR/rex/>. Peter Saint-Andre 
concurred. Peter or Ian to initiate a thread on the Standards list about 
the matter.
