Chris Mullins, Ian Paterson, Peter Saint-Andre, and Kevin Smith in 
attendance. Ralph Meijer absent. Quorum achieved.

1. Next Meeting: June 13.

2. XEP-0174: Link-Local Messaging

Vote on advancing Version 0.16 to Draft.

Chris and Peter previously voted +1. In meeting, Ian and Kevin voted +1. 
Vote still needed from Ralph.

3. XEP-0156: Discovering Alternative XMPP Connection Methods

Advance version 0.7 to Draft?

Chris and Peter previously voted +1. In meeting, Ian and Kevin voted +1. 
Vote still needed from Ralph.

4. XEP-0199: XMPP Ping

Advance version 0.4 to Draft?

Chris and Peter previously voted +1. In meeting, Ian and Kevin voted +1. 
Vote still needed from Ralph.

5. XEP-0206: XMPP Over BOSH

Approve version 1.1?

Council consensus to approve. Peter to publish updated version.

6. XEP-0080: User Geolocation

Approve version 1.4?

Need to settle on whether to remove IQ and message examples. Peter to 
post to list or reply to Kevin's message, then publish 1.4pre2.

7. XEP-0107: User Mood

Approve version 1.1?

Council consensus to approve. Peter to publish updated version.

8. XEP-0108: User Activity

Approve version 1.1?

Council consensus to approve. Peter to publish updated version.

9. XEP-0118: User Tune

Approve version 1.1?

Council consensus to approve. Peter to publish updated version.

10. Pubsub/PEP updates

No great enthusiasm for the topic. Kevin suggested further simplifying 
the introduction to XEP-0163. Peter to place updated versions on agenda 
for the next meeting.

Also, some discussion of the iq:private replacement. Peter and Kevin 
think +private would solve the problem, but without elegance. Ian is in 
favor of a separate namespace. Chris neutral. Peter may write up a doc 
about +private so that we can see what it would look like.

11. ProtoXEP: Private Multi-User Conferencing

Accept version 0.0.1 as a XEP?

Peter commented on the list; no reply yet, will follow up with the 
author. However, no objections to publishing as a XEP on the part of any 
Council member, therefore Peter shall publish it.

12. ProtoXEP: MUC Auto-Join

Chris, Ian, and Kevin think it's a cute idea but not very practical. The 
proposal will not be published as a XEP.
