0. Roll Call

All Council members (Ralph Meijer, Chris Mullins, Ian Paterson, Peter
Saint-Andre, Kevin Smith) in attendance. Quorum achieved.

1. Next Meeting

Tentatively scheduled for May 16.

2. XEP-0174: Link-Local Messaging

Council members don't see the need for multiple email addresses / JIDs. 
Peter to follow up with the developers who are intersted in that 
functionality to determine use cases and motivation.

3. XEP-0004: Data Forms

Approve Version 2.8?

Council consensus to simply remove references to presence stanzas. Other 
changes acceptable. Peter to publish version 2.8.

4. ProtoXEP: STUN Server Discovery for Jingle

Peter to prepare updated version per list discussion.

5. ProtoXEP: Discovery and Integration of XMPP Services

Chris to prepare updated version.

6. ProtoXEP: Hop Check

Ian provided feedback via IM. Peter to prepare updated version with more 
details, security considerations, etc. No objections to the general 
approach.

7. Pubsub/PEP/private discussion

Lengthy discussion leading towards consensus:
