I'm not sure yet, but we need to think about it.

I guess my concern is this: if my "home" server does both PEP and PP so 
that my JID is a virtual PEP service and a virtual PP service, how do I 
know what kind of node will created by default? Let's say that the 
default node configuration for PEP is an access model of presence but 
for PP it's open. I create a node. Is it a basic PEP node or is it 
configured with the fancier PP features?
