Chris Mullins, Ian Paterson, Peter Saint-Andre in attendance. Kevin 
Smith sent regrets (joined late). Quorum achieved but barely. As a 
result, no major decisions were made.

2. XEP-0206: XMPP Over BOSH

Approve version 1.1?

Chris, Ian, and Kevin not quite comfortable yet. Peter in favor of 
publishing but would like to see some revisions (especially to address 
the link-local use case), to post to the Standards list.

12. ProtoXEP: Simplified Encrypted Session Negotiation

Accept version 0.0.1 as a XEP?

No objections, published as XEP-0217.

13. ProtoXEP: Bootstrapping Implementation of Encrypted Sessions

Accept version 0.0.1 as a XEP?

No objections, published as XEP-0218.
