Yes I agree that this would be good. I'll work this in soon.

In general I think it might be helpful to provide more detailed
descriptions of all the data fields. Perhaps a dedicated section on this?

See my follow-up message on the standards@ list. I'm not convinced there
is a real attack here, but I think if we use SHA-256 we will be fine for
a long time (in fact I think that's true even if we use SHA-1, but
perhaps I'm not sufficiently paranoid).
