[interop] test configs

We also have "Fake DNS" in our SoapBox products as this is an issue many
of our customer have faced (who really don't understand DNS to begin
with).

However, I'd much rather have our own DNS server. Of course, hosts files
could always be used if it isn't reasonable for us to have a DNS server.

Hey all,

When we did testing between djabberd and Wildfire, we found that one
thing that was very helpful was to be able to fake DNS inside each
server. So, if the domain was "example.com", use IP address "X" instead
of doing a real DNS SRV lookup. This let us do s2s testing with just a
couple of minutes of config (although we had to add the fake DNS feature
to Wildfire first). :)

Maybe it's not reasonable to ask everyone to add support for the fake
DNS feature before the interop event. I think JD's suggestion of our own
DNS server is probably a good one. We *should* have a good internet
connection at the venue, but it would suck for that to derail plans if
anything went wrong with it.

Thanks,
-Matt
