[interop] Venue and Lodging

Yep, the venue is a conference room on the 20th floor of the US Bancorp
Tower:

It's basically right downtown. So, my recommendation is any hotel that's
downtown and pretty close to the Max line. Some good choices:
 
* Marriotts. Both downtown locations are good, but the one off Alder is
a better location for the event:

All are reasonably nice and not *too* expensive (although I'm sure there
are cheaper). Hotel Lucia looks cool and is also in a great location
(http://www.hotellucia.com/). I'm not sure on the price.

Also, I never got a reply on a group dinner. So, how about the following
