[interop] Venue and Lodging

Note that these hotels are not right near the OSCON venue, which is good
because the hotels up there are all booked up (as I just found out). The
Marriott, Hilton, and Sheraton Four Points all have rooms available for
around $150 right now, and naturally folks can double up. The 5th Avenue
Suites is a lot more expensive.
