[interop] test configs

In general, everyone should be prepared to run their servers on their
own hardware. With that being said, we're going to try to bring a more
powerful box that can run several servers at once (perhaps using
VMWare). If anyone has specific hardware requirements, please let me
know ASAP and I'll do my best to put it together.
