[interop] Hardware Stuff?

Is someone in the area providing networking cabling/equipment, or should
we be shipping/packing some? I was just planning on bringing a couple of
laptops, but can certainly throw in a switch and some cabling if need
be. How about power? Do we need extension cords, surge protectors, etc?
