[interop] change of venue

Justin,
You'll want to fly into the Portland airport (PDX). From the airport,
there are a few ways to get downtown:
1) Taxi -- probably, about $40?
2) Max train. The train goes right to the airport and then would
deliver you downtown only a few blocks from a hotel. It's only a few
dollars for the ride and this is definitely my recommendation for the
easiest option.
3) You can rent a car at the airport. However, you shouldn't need a car
unless you plan to drive to see things outside the city.
I'll follow-up with a list of recommended hotels.
Regards,
Matt
