[interop] welcome

Hey all,

I wanted to propose that we do a group dinner on Monday July 24. Should
be a fun opportunity to mix Jabber discussions and liquor/food. :) Would
anyone *not* want to participate? Since we're local, we'd be happy to
make the actual reservations (once we have an approx head count).
