[Interop] test accounts

When we set up test accounts at various servers in the online testing 
environment, I think we want to include a range of account names. For 
example, at the interop event in Portland last year I tested usernames 
with a wide variety of UTF-8 characters in them. I can't remember if I 
also tested passwords like that, but I know I also tested resource 
identifiers like that. So probably we want each person to have not just 
one test account on each server, but many.
