It was late when I made that last night and while re-reading it this
morning I found a few things that could be fixed. I've just uploaded
version 1.1 at that same URL. I'll put the OpenOffice file under source
control so that we can track future changes.

The changes between version 1.0 (unmarked) and version 1.1 are as follows:

In Section 3.0 (Confidentiality) I added the following sentence:

"You also agree to as far as possible prevent unauthorized access to the
Services under your control, or to Your accounts on such Services."

Added a new Section 7.0 (Privileges Not Transferable):

"Your acceptance of this agreement grants certain privileges to You as a
natural person. This agreement is not transferable to any other person.
As a result of accepting this agreement, You may gain credentials that
will enable you to access one or more of the Services that comprise the
Network; as a condition of your acceptance, You agree not to share such
credentials with any other person."

I also marked this version as 1.1 and dated it 2007-05-04.
