[Interop] djabberd-trunk

The idea is that djabberd.interop.xmpp.org is a "stable" version

while

djabberd-trunk.inerop.xmpp.org is our essentially going to be  
autoupdated from our trunk

so, we will probably use djabberd-trunk for our outbound testing, but  
if you don't want to risk confusing our new bugs with your bugs, then  
use the "stable" one :)
