Step 1: Visit http://www.xmpp.org/interop/ and complete the 
confidentiality agreement. In order to get on the network for testing 
purposes, you MUST complete this mini-NDA. It makes everyone more 
comfortable.

Step 2: Maybe your want to help write a test suites. I know that Brendan 
Taylor is interested in that, also in Python:
