[jadmin] jpolld -- gone from CVS?

jpolld -- the little socket server -- seems to be gone from cvs.

The 1.2 version I have source for seems to want libxode and libjabber, 
which means it won't build with jabber 1.4.

Any insight?  I'm trying to set up a scalable system, where jpolld might 
run on several different machines with round-robin DNS or some such.

Should I stick with 1.2?
