[jadmin] Discover Jabber Serves

Hi,

It looks like many people download and install the server. Why there are
only 6 public Jabber server available in http://jabberview.com ? Does one
need to do any special thing to publish his or her servers on the net? How
could a Jabber client discover available jabber servers? Can the protocol
capable of providing directory service of Jabber servers?
