[jadmin] Two questions: jud searching and becoming a registered developer

All,

Does anyone else agree that it might be nice to search a jud using regexps as
opposed to the strict "strncmp()" we have now?  If so, I thought I'd hack that up
tonight or tomorrow.  However, before I can submit it I need to become a
registered developer on jabber.  Where and how do I do that?
