[jadmin] jabber server connection error

hi, there,
   i set up jabber server on 10.0.0.23, a client  KunaniIM on 10.0.0.28. 
While connecting, it comes (on server side):

20020215T07:37:45: [notice] (10.0.0.23): bouncing a routed packet to 
hello at 10.0.0.23/KunaniIM from 12 at c2s/81F2D98: Internal Delivery Error

   any idea? thx!
