[jadmin] Jud anyone

Was building up me shinny new jabber 1.4.2 on a new server and was looking
if any of the transports have bumped up in version also.  I was only using
conference and Jud.  Found that conference didn't change (still 0.4.1), but
couldn't find the Jud transport.  These really are not transports...  Anyway
is Jud not a thing anymore?  Should I just drop it and not use
jud-0.4.tar.gz on the new server?
