Quick question on <jabberd:cmdline> substitution... do they work
inside attributes?  My gut feeling is no, since I expect you're
parsing it out as XML, but I thought I would ask.  ie., can you
do:

 <service type="msn" jid="msn.<jabberd:cmdline flag='h'>localhost</jabberd:cmdline>" name="MSN Transport">
  <ns>jabber:iq:gateway</ns>
  <ns>jabber:iq:register</ns>
 </service>

...and have it parse out the hostname into the jid assignment?
