[jadmin] Help

Hi,
I 've set up the jabber 1.4.2 server on Redhat Linux 7 and all the trasnport compiled fine but when I try to connect to a particular transport I get the following messege in the error logs

20020220T08:40:55: [notice] (msn.messenger.ethindia.com): failed to establish connection
20020220T08:40:55: [notice] (msn.messenger.ethindia.com): bouncing a packet to msn.messenger.ethindia.com from kamal at messeng
er.ethindia.com/work: Server Connect Failed
20020220T08:41:01: [notice] (msn.messenger.ethindia.com): failed to establish connection
20020220T08:41:01: [notice] (msn.messenger.ethindia.com): bouncing a packet to msn.messenger.ethindia.com from kamal at messeng
er.ethindia.com/work: Server Connect Failed


If somebody can help me out it would be  great.
