Hi,
now Google has released their Jabber/XMPP client, it is trying to define a
federation policy to open its server to the wide Jabber/XMPP world. As the
jabber admins are the first ones concerned about a federation policy, I think
we should start thinking of some proposals we could do to Google about it.
Jabber community should be involved in the federation policy definition, not
just Google and its commercial partners.

I published on my blog an open letter to the Google Talk team about their
federation policy :

This is just my proposal, you are free to discuss it here and to give yours.
Let's be constructive. Keep in mind we have to think on a long term basis.

Jabber/XMPP on.
