[jadmin] Request for information on mktap and twistd

hi all,


I am configuring punjab server to server communication I have untared the file 

where can I find the command mktap download and whether it is related to python

twistd and can any one tell me the twistd download package  and can you tell

me location for the two packages.

1) twistd

2)mktap
