[jadmin] Users-Agent 1.2 problems; ready-made roster ?

First, I have jabberd2 running on my company's server. I'm having 
trouble getting JUD working - despite claims to the contrary Users-Agent 
v1.2 doesn't seem to be fully updated for version 2.

Can anyone give me a definitive statement that it does work?

Second, as this is a private system, I'd like for people to see a 
ready-made roster as they sign in. Is there any way I can achieve this?
