[jadmin] Live chat support

Hi,

I have a jabberd2 server up and running and am trying to figure out a way to
use it to provide technical support in kind of a live chat environment.

Is there anyway that you can alias 1 account - e.g. support at example.com so
that it would go to a pool of operators preferably in a round robin fashion
so that the support calls would be evenly distributed between all the
support personnel logged in?
