[jadmin] Jabber support audio-video?

Jabber is only a text IM so many client implement VoIP.
I ever try & use at office a Jabberd 1.4.3 with Neos from novamens
(winXX). A pretty client who can use Jabber capabilities to implement an
H323 Support. U will only need a sound card.
