[jadmin] JWChat - Punjab Debug Mode

When you run mktap use the -v option. Punjab will be more verbose. A
500 error means a rid or key is wrong.  Does the "service unavailable"
error come up when trying to log in? Are you using http polling with
jwchat? JWChat needs to be set for polling and not binding.
