[jadmin] No user created

[Max-4004]

Hi,
I am using S10 with LDAP and mysql. Account registration is off and 
<auto-create/> on.

The problem is that jabberd2 does not create a new user in the db.
The log says authentication is done and user created, but the db is empty.

Manual login to the db works fine.
