[jadmin] Installing a small Jabber network in a 50 users organization

wildfire has the ability to allow authentication off of your windows 
domain/AD and the admin can set up universal groups of varying 
visability.  in essence.  In my case, all i need do with a new employee 
is login to the web admin console and add them to the proper group
