[jadmin] RPC failed and cannot login to 5280/admin

Hi,

I compile erlang and ejabberd on my Linux computer. I copied the
ejabberdctl file from /usr/local/ejabber-1.1.1/src/tools to
/usr/local/jabber/var/lib/ejabberd/ebin, then I typed ejabberdctl
status. It says RPC failed on node localhost.
Then I used the script to start the ejabberd.

erl -pa /usr/local/jabber/var/lib/ejabberd/ebin -sname ejabberd -s
ejabberd -ejabberd config
\"/usr/local/jabber/etc/ejabberd/ejabberd.cfg\" log_path
\"/usr/local/jabber/var/log/ejabberd/ejabberd.log\" -sasl
sasl_error_logger
\{file,\"/usr/local/jabber/var/log/ejabberd/sasl.log\"} -mnesia dir
\"/usr/local/jabber/var/lib/ejabberd/spool\"

I found my log and sasl log like the attached files.
My configuration file is as following. The problem is that I cannot
login from http://192.168.0.1:5280/admin. I cannot find the password
and I cannot create the password by ejabberdctl command.
