Then you can completely remove the two sections <service 
id='dnsrv'>...</service> and <service id='s2s'>...</service>.

Then you have to make sure, that your <service id='sm'>...</service> 
section has an <host>blake</host> or an <host>blake.whatever.com</host> 
entry (whatever you use to connect to the server). The default there is 
to have <host>localhost</host>.
