[jadmin] Archiving IM traffic.

Looking for GPL server software that has the ability to archive IM 
traffic to a MySQL database.  I'm running FreeBSD 6.1 on the server.  So 
far I've tried ejabberd & jabberd2.  Both are supposed to be able to use 
bandersnatch to log traffic, but there is currently a problem with 
bandersnatch and deprecated POE code.  I've received no answers on the 
bandersnatch forum to this problem.  I've also taken a look at wildfire, 
but again there seems to be a problem with the 3rd party component that 
does the logging.  From reading the wildfire forum, it appears that the 
i-ball plug-in does not work with the latest release, and that the plug 
in is no longer being maintained.  Is anyone aware of a server that has 
this functionality, or other plug-ins besides bandersnatch and i-ball? 
I tried to take a look at jabberd 1.4, but it has been deprecated in the 
FreeBSD ports in favor of 2.0.
