[jadmin] logon issue

Hello, 
  i'm a subscribed member of jabber and i want to test one of the  open source IM  that i found on sf.net.
   
  i used the my user name and passcode used to subscribe yet still encountering difficulties login to the server in order to run the program. if there is anything that i'm not informed about i'll be glad it u could lead me through.
