[jadmin] Jabberd and ICQ transport

What steps are missing from PyICQt's online docs (at  
wiki.blathersource.org).  Just like the docs state, there's really  
not much -to- configuring PyICQt with Jabberd2.  Jabberd2 is really  
cooperative with transports.	 If you let me know what's wrong, I'll  
look into improving it.  =)
