Daniel,
I think that the router log (jabberd) should be not like e that:
<... cut ...>
Wed Aug 30 23:18:44 2006 [notice] [172.16.0.4, port=53071] connect
Wed Aug 30 23:18:44 2006 [notice] [172.16.0.4, port=53071] disconnect
Wed Aug 30 23:18:47 2006 [notice] [172.16.0.4, port=60232] connect
Wed Aug 30 23:18:47 2006 [notice] [172.16.0.4, port=60232] disconnect
Wed Aug 30 23:18:49 2006 [notice] [172.16.0.4, port=63156] connect
Wed Aug 30 23:18:49 2006 [notice] [172.16.0.4, port=63156] disconnect
Wed Aug 30 23:18:51 2006 [notice] [172.16.0.4, port=59949] connect
Wed Aug 30 23:18:51 2006 [notice] [172.16.0.4, port=59949] disconnect
Wed Aug 30 23:18:54 2006 [notice] [172.16.0.4, port=65156] connect
Wed Aug 30 23:18:54 2006 [notice] [172.16.0.4, port=65156] disconnect
<... cut ...>
I think that the transport isn't get connected,
Both passwords matchs ( routers-users.xml and jabber-pyicq.xml )
I think that the problem could be related to the service JID.
Thanks
Mosconi
