BTW, the XMPP Federation is intended to be a high-trust website (in
preparation for, among other things, establishing an intermediate
certification authority). Therefore, all requested information (e.g.,
JabberID) is required. I notice that a number of people have tried to
register without providing complete information. Such people will not be
advanced to the "Server Admin" role.
