[jadmin] Third beta release of jabberd14 1.6.0

Today I released the third beta release of jabberd14 1.6.0. This release
is expected to be the last beta version. Next sunday I plan to release
the first release candidate of jabberd14 1.6.0.

As always the download is available on:
http://download.jabberd.org/jabberd14/

Tests and test report are welcome as always.


The following changes have been made since beta2:
- Fixed typo in jabberd14 internal XML namespace
- Updated Private XML Storage support to be able to store data in any
  namespace (XEP-0049)
- Removed support for jabberd14 proprietary protocol "Public XML
  Storage"
- Fixed problem with XMPP Pings: Pings did not work after a session
  manager restart for users, that logged in to this session manager
  before the restart.
- When using service discovery on a user's JabberID, the server marks
  admin accounts to have type='admin' instead of type='registered'.
