[jadmin] Third beta release of jabberd14 1.6.0

Solaris 10 was a big release for Sun and has many differences over 
Solaris 9.  We didn't have any problems building Jabber14 1.4.4 on 
Solaris 9 (just ongoing problems with s2s communication between our 
servers, but I haven't had a chance to implement the s2s in its own 
process for testing yet).  I think part of our problems are with the 
<idletimeout> since you said 1.4.4 has a bug where the only connections 
that time out are fully established ones.
