[jadmin] DNS Record Creation (SRV + A) with Microsoft DNS

For those of you running Microsoft DNS Servers, I put together a tool to
help manage SRV and A record creation.

To use it requires .Net 2.0 and Windows Support Tools to be installed,
but both of those are pretty easy to take care of. 

 

I had to walk a few too many people through the DNS GUI over the phone,
so I finally broke down and wrote the utility...
