[jadmin] Problem: jabberd/s2s crashes on Slack11

Hi all,

we're quite new to jabber and are just getting some quite interesting
responds when trying to start a "naked" jabber installation:

The S2S.log says:

Tue Dec 12 09:36:46 2006 [notice] attempting connection to router at 192.168.1.119, port=5$
Tue Dec 12 09:36:46 2006 [notice] error from router: Authentication failed ((null))
Tue Dec 12 09:36:46 2006 [notice] connection to router closed
Tue Dec 12 09:36:46 2006 [notice] attempting reconnect (2 left)

what's got wrong here ?

BTW, which kind of user management is jabber using by default ?
We've seen a "MySQL"-entry somewhere but is there any possibility
to use another authentication protocol ? Which is the most simple one?
